With a population of 5,669 on 1 January 2021, Cortina is hardly a city. What it it is a ski resort (with a somewhat less lucrative tourist trade in summer).
A better way of asking this question would surely have been to give the name of either the city (Milan) or the ski resort (Cortina d'Ampezzo), and ask for the other.
